Club Naked Terms & Conditions
Wine Club Policy
You'll receive a selection of wines chosen by Naked Winery 4 times annually. Your credit card on file will be billed automatically for our quarterly wine club shipments, based upon the cost of the membership plan you've selected.
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, we ask that you submit your request in writing at least 2-weeks prior to the next shipment. Termination of membership may be requested following the receipt of 4 shipments. Please send your request to maija@nakedwinery.com. Please note that if you fail to provide the required 2 weeks written notice for cancellations, or if you fail to notify us with address changes, the cost of shipping changes, including re-routes or returns, any additional fees we incur will be charged to the credit card we have on file. If you terminate your membership before receiving 4 shipments, we reserve the right to charge tasting and shipping fees that were waived in conjunction with your membership, as well as Club Naked discounts applied to any wine and merchandise purchased to the credit card we have on file.
- As a Club Naked member, I'm at least 21 years of age.
- An adult 21 years of age or older MUST be present to receive any wine shipped.
- My credit card will be billed quarterly for the cost of the Club Naked membership I’ve selected plus any applicable sales taxes & shipping charges.
- My wines will ship during the first two week of each Club Month.
- Changes to my Club Naked membership must be made in writing 2 weeks prior to shipping.
- Rerouting and/or reshipping may result in additional charges.
- I am committing to 4 Club Naked shipments in addition to any initial wines that I purchased under the Club Naked discount on the day of sign up.
- Early cancellation may result in charge back of any discounts on purchases.
- By signing up for Club Naked online, I accept and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement as outlined above.
