Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. We may ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle so that we may perform laboratory analysis to determine what happened to the wine. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages for resale/ Therefore, we are unable to accept the return of wine that may have been damaged by adverse weather conditions namely heat or wine that is ordered in error.

 

Please call Customer Service at 1-541-386-3700 x0 or send an email to customerservice@nakedwinery.com to arrange for the replacement of corked or flawed product and for the replacement, refund or credit for wine that was ordered in error.
