Club Bonus Qualifications

In order to qualify for any month's shared bonus and retention commission you must have:

• completed the Vingdirect Training 
• completed the personal Top 10 Objections / Response document 
• worked 40 hours for Naked Winery in that month.
• met the minimum club signup requirements (1 signup / 20 sales hours for the current month)

For retention commission additional qualification that apply are:

• you must be the person that signed up the member
• the club member must have taken 4 shipments at the time of the completion of tasks for retention commission
• the club member must be an active member at the close of the month of applying for retention commission and must have a good credit card on file.
• you must have completed the required steps to earn the commission.  
  On 11/6/2016 these required steps are:
  • Find their facebook and twitter account information and enter it to their Vin65 account
  • Find a photo of the member and add it to their Vin65 account
  • Learn one personal interesting fact about the member and add it to the note section of their Vin65 account
  • Contact the member with a personal message relating to the customer and thanking them for being a member and offering an anniversary wine special. 
  • Attach the sent email to the customer's notes in Vin65.

These qualifications are subject to change and can be overridden or changed by management at any time.
